Acknowledging the significant safety hazards present in the cosmetology field, this course is designed to integrate safety and sanitation practices with the craft of beautification.
Eligible Participants:The course is tailored for Georgia Salon Owners, Master Cosmetologists, Estheticians, Nail Technicians, Hair Designers, Master Barbers, and Barber II professionals.
For Salon Owners: Recognized by the Board, this Continuing Education course meets the 3-hour requirement for health, sanitation, and safety training for both new and existing Georgia salon owners, including those reinstating or renewing their licenses, in compliance with Board Rule 7704208110 and O.C.G.A. § 43-10-11. New salon owners without a license number can enter “Salon Owner” as their license designation when setting up their online account.
